Are you ready to make a difference, grow as a leader, and have the summer of a lifetime? We’re opening applications for our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program and Summer Camp Staff for 2026—and we’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals who want to be part of something bigger.

Whether you’re drawn to the adventure of Resident Camp at Bear Creek Scout Camp or the fast-paced fun of Day Camp at McGimsey Scout Park, we have a place for you! Both locations offer unforgettable experiences for our campers—and for the staff who help make the magic happen.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Counselors-in-Training (CITs): Young leaders ready to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned camp staff. A perfect first step toward becoming a future camp leader.

• Summer Camp Staff: Enthusiastic team members to serve in program areas, support roles, lifeguarding, kitchen teams, and more. Make a difference while gaining valuable job skills in a fun, supportive environment.
