Ryan leads the council's professional staff overall. He serves as advisor for the Properties Committee and the Fiesta Parade.

Sean Magnuson, Chief Development & Financial Officer — 210-294-3319
Sean manages the Finance and Development departments. He serves as advisor for the council's computer systems, Audit, Budget, Investments, Treasurer functions, ADVENTURE Cards, the Golf Tournament, the Good Scout Luncheon, Sporting Clays, and the Scout Night at the Spurs.

Jason Gates, Chief Membership Officer — 210-464-6643
Jason manages the council membership growth and unit service team. He serves as advisor for the Retention Committee, the Youth Committee, N.E.S.A. (National Eagle Scout Association), and S.A.L.S.A.

Linda Dieguez, Chief Operating Officer — 210-740-9370
Linda manages the Council Operations and Outdoor Adventures department as COO and Director of Support Services. She serves as advisor for Risk Management, HR/Onboarding, Insurances, Crisis Communications, Marketing, the Scout Night at Missions, Scout Expo, the Medical Committee, the Campership Committee, all trading posts, the National Jamboree and the NCAP Committee. She also manages the online event registration and facility rental systems and assists with all social media and website management.

AJ provides unit service to the West District and serves as advisor for the Exploring program, the Membership Committee, Unit Money-Earning Application approvals, the council's annual report to the state, and the Order of the Arrow.

Nathan Smith, Scout Service Executive / East District — 210-355-4913
Nathan provides unit service to the East District and serves as advisor for the Venturing program and the Baden-Powell Award, and advises the Meritorious Action and Silver Beaver selection boards.

Steven Verm, Scout Service Executive / North District — 210-262-1449
Steven provides unit service to the North District and serves as advisor for Sea Scouting, the Commissioner Corps, Eagle Project fundraising approvals, the Religious Relations Committee, Advancement & Recognition, and the Council Eagle Board. He also advises Scouting for Food and Weekend on the Water.

Andrew Zimmermann, Outdoor Adventure Executive — 210-305-3017
Andrew serves as advisor for the council's camping programs — Akela Adventure Camp, Bear Creek Resident Camp, Cub Scout Day Camps, and High Adventure Bases — and for the year-round calendar of council events (Councilwide Campout, Fall Camp, Merit Badge University, the Haunted Forest, and the September through December seasonal events, plus the Winter Merit Badge Extravaganza). He also advises the Aquatics, Climbing, COPE, Fall Events, Fishing, International, Radio, and RATA program committees.

Itza serves as advisor for facility scheduling and assistance with online registration along with processing event refunds and campership applications.

Vivian serves as advisor for the San Antonio Outdoor Education Center, the Council Banquet, Adventure Boxes, and Outdoor Ethics training. She also advises the Conservation Award & Committee and the Training Committee, and the council's full training calendar — BALOO, Den Chief Workshop, IOLS, NYLT (spring and summer), Ready to Lead, Safeguarding Youth Training, Craft of Training, and Wood Badge.
