This training will walk leaders through the newest tools in Scouting America’s upgraded digital platform. You’ll learn how to easily navigate your unit roster, update member information, and keep track of rank advancement and merit badges with simplified approval steps.
We’ll also explore the improved calendar—how to set up recurring events, take attendance, and connect activities directly to advancement and service logs. Plus, you’ll see how to generate helpful reports like purchase orders, awards lists, and custom rosters to make courts of honor and council reporting a breeze.
Another highlight of the session is learning how the new role-based access system works. This update makes it easier and more secure to give the right leaders the right responsibilities.
By the end, participants will feel confident using Scoutbook Plus in their everyday unit operations—improving communication with families, cutting down on paperwork, and helping Scouts track their progress across all programs.
