Exploring is a workforce development program designed to foster and sustain partnerships between businesses and youth (10-20 years old). Exploring also provides hands-on workforce development education which allows both boys and girls to explore different career fields. It uses a proven model that includes leadership, character development, life skills, volunteer service, and citizenship.
