
Fall Camp for Scouts BSA Troops
November 22-25, 2025 | McGimsey Scout Park
This is a 3 night/4 day Scouts BSA Camp where scouts are offered opportunities to earn up to 6 merit badges during camp - badges that are rarely offered at camp or at other Council-led events. Come for the fellowship, have a great time, and still have plenty of time to prepare for Thanksgiving!

The sun might set early, but that doesn't mean we're tucking in early! Evening programs are next level ensuring that every Scout has an activity to match their interest and energy. Options include:
- 20 mile hike challenge
- COPE
- CPR/AED
- Den Chief Training
- Firenm'n Chit
- Remote Control (RC) Car Races
- Hatchet Throwing
- Totin' Chit
- Wilderness Remote First Aid Training
Staff Applications are Open Now for Fall Camp!
November 22-25, 2025 | McGimsey Scout Park
Staff arrive on November 21 at 5:00 pm and stay until cleanup is completed on November 25. Camping will be in the staff campsite at the Alamo Pavilion. To be on staff for this camp you must be 18 years of age by November 21, 2025. You must fill out this application and go through an interview with the camp leadership. Staff will be selected from those that complete the hiring process. This is a paid staffing position. Volunteers are welcome for this camp, as well, please be clear in your interview if you wish to hold a paid position or a volunteer position.
