Are you stepping into a leadership role in Cub Scouting—or thinking about it? Ready to Lead is a half-day, in-person course designed to give you the tools, confidence, and ideas you need to lead a successful den or help your Pack thrive.
Whether you just turned in your application or already have some experience, this course bridges the gap between online training and what actually happens at a real meeting. Learn how a Pack works, discover go-to resources, try age-appropriate activities, and connect with other leaders who are, or have been, in your shoes.

You don’t need to be fully registered to attend, but you do need to be 18 or older and interested in supporting youth. Coffee and snacks will be on hand, and so will some great conversation.
